Q3 School Nutrition Program Working Group

Our School Nutrition Program working group meets quarterly to get updates on the program and recent commodity purchases, and discuss strategies to continually improve the program's impact and responsiveness to current markets and conditions.

Harvest Efficiency Steering Committee​

This industry steering committee meets quarterly to guide the focus and deliverable outcomes of the University of Maine's, Maine Technology Institute funded grant to improve Maine wild blueberry harvester efficiency.

Wild Blueberry Advisory Committee to the University of Maine - Public Meeting​

​

This fall, the Advisory Committee will meet to review and reset research and extension priorities for University of Maine wild blueberry R&D, and approve a Request for Proposals (RFP). The RPF is sent to researchers each winter and solicits requests for funding to support wild blueberry research and extension work in alignment with Advisory Committee priorities.

Wild Blueberry Commission of Maine Meeting - Public Meeting​

The industry is facing numerous challenges and at this meeting we will seek to identify solutions and areas where progress can be made. Like all Commission meetings, there will be opportunity for public input. The meeting will take place from 9 - 3pm, October 1st, in the McIntire Room at the Buchanan Alumni House, University of Maine in Orono. 

End of Year Wild Blueberry Commission Meeting - Public Meeting

At the end of each year, the Commission gathers to hear updates on Commission work for the year, and approve a plan of work and budget for the following year. This meeting date is tentative and meeting details have not yet been determined.
